Do you know that there is a link between self-esteem and self-confidence?
You can actually know whether a person is confident of him/herself. Having high self-esteem, the person is very confident of him/herself.You can see by how the person dress and the way they stand or walk.
Personally, i used to have low self-esteem. I always look at how fat i am, how ugly i am, how bad i am, etc.All the negative thoughts will run through my mind.I always feel that others are better than me, why can't i be like them? However, one day God convicted me.He said: I've created you so beautifully.You are my creation and i am your Creator.You are beautiful in my eyes.On that day onwards, I know that true beauty doesnt mean external(physical looks), but your inner beauty which is CHARACTER.
Thus, this has built my self-confidence.I know that inner beauty is the most important.I need to have a beautiful heart in order to be beautiful.I want to be beautiful in my heart and it will portray the way how i look.Thus, HEART is MORE IMPORTANT than FACE.
